We've built various sales forecasting models. Models that enabled more accurate identification of sales potential, better definition of annual sales plans, improved target setting/territory planning and the increased ability to monitor and steer the actual performance of sales forces. The sales forecasts are the foundation of the overall financial plan, (sales) hire plans, marketing budgets, purchase- en manufacturing forecasts and customer service planning. They are the most important driver of the companies valuation and loved by investors and company owners.
We translated sales strategies in sales processes and procedures. We secure them from a commercial, financial and legal point of view: reducing risks and leveraging opportunities. We implement them in sales systems or manage the projects realizing this. We train sales forces to work accordingly and adjust where necessary.
We defined, designed and implemented various sales compensation models that ensured a better alignment between the performance and the compensation of sales teams.
We optimize sales insights by the definition of key performance indicators, implemented in dashboards and reports. We provide companies with valuable insights to identify sales opportunities, to monitor sales activity and to report on sales performance. We trained people to work with this information. We worked with companies with more traditional business models and also supported SaaS(-minded) companies to better understand their business activities. We (re)aligned the customer, opportunity and contract hierarchy for various companies enabling better registration of customer activity and improvement of sales analytics and reporting.
We're involved in various projects related to the reduction of the uncontrolled growth of client- and sales data. We analyzed existing data and wrote actionplans to separate relevant data from the data that was meaningless to the company. We managed the execution and secured the growth of useless data by modifications to releveant processes and systems.
On behalf of our clients, we worked together with leading CRM solution providers and integrators for more complex issues. Us responsible for selection and management of the relationship, and taking care of the definition, design and finally the implementation.
